Reports/Washington County

¯ Deputies responded to meet Sunday with Dustin J. Cline, of 322 Center Road, Waterford, in reference to his child driving down a road and a homeowner throwing gravel at his truck. Cline signed a refusal to prosecute.

¯ Deputies responded to Swift Road, Waterford, on Monday to meet with Grace Wunderlich, in reference to an assault complaint. Wunderlich stated she did not want anything done and signed a refusal to prosecute form.

¯ Deputies responded to Independence Township on Tuesday to a possible domestic violence incident. Upon speaking with all parties it was determined to be unfounded.

Warrants/Washington County

¯ Adam K. Barnes, of 2681 E. Hooppole Ridge Road, McConnelsville, for passing a bad check.

¯ Dustin T. Marcum, of 102 Maher St., Apt. B, St. Clairsville, Ohio, for failure to appear for a change of plea hearing, original charge possession of paraphernalia and for failure to appear for a change of plea hearing, original charge OVI.

¯ Athena M. Meyrili, of 12089 Park Ave., Room 15, New Matamoras, for aggravated menacing.

¯ Michael A. Wallace, of 105 Leland Ave., Marietta, for theft.

¯ Kylee B. Baker, of 111 N. Hart St., Apt. 7, Marietta, for failure to appear.

¯ Justin T. Gibbs, of 723 Third St., Marietta, for failure to appear.

Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Andrew George Pittner, 76, of 1214 Farson St., Belpre, was arrested Friday for tampering with evidence, a felony.

¯ Delaney Claudine Thomas, 20, of 74 East State St., Athens, was arrested Saturday for OVI and speed, both misdemeanors.

¯ Barbara Ann Ketterman, 37, of 108 Colonial Square, Belpre, was arrested Saturday for theft, possession of drug instruments, criminal trespass, and drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

¯ David Wayne Wriston, 32, of 683 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for domestic violence, assault, possession of drug instruments, criminal damaging and resisting arrest, all misdemeanors.

¯ Jassandra Collet Johnston, 36, of 683 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, was arrested Saturday for obstructing official business and criminal damaging, both misdemeanors.

¯ Brian Keith McKinney, 31, of 1255 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, was arrested Saturday for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jeremy Wade Carpenter, 32, of 804 Front St., Marietta, was arrested Sunday for domestic violence, a felony.

¯ Amy Louise Heiss, 38, of 7400 Orndoff Road, Stockport, was arrested Sunday for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

¯ Kevin Paul Antill, 45, of 3485 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, was arrested Monday for probation violation, a felony.

¯ Jennifer Marie Queen, 38, of Little Hocking was arrested Monday for parking violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Richard Wayne Farnsworth, 56, of 761 Buckeye Ave., Marietta, was arrested Monday for felonious assault, a felony.

¯ Michael Steven Stewart, 40, of 2301 Pride Ave., Bridgeport, W.Va., was arrested Tuesday for OVI and drug abuse, both misdemeanors.

¯ Joshua Ryan Lewis, 33, of 15 Millhouse Road, Newport, was arrested Tuesday for theft, assault, domestic violence and violation of protection order, all misdemeanors, and aggravated burglary, a felony.

¯ Kenneth James Moore, 39, of 1413 ¢ Third St., Marietta, was arrested Tuesday for driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

¯ Joseph Daniel Higgins, 19, of 6136 Pike Road, Saint Marys, W.Va., was arrested Tuesday for OVI, a misdemeanor.

¯ Charles Edwin Day, Jr., 34, of 830 Mount Tom Road, was arrested Tuesday for possession of drugs, a felony.

¯ Joshua Eugene Taylor, 36, of 102 Old Hippy Lane, Creston, W.Va., was arrested Tuesday on warrants for OVI and possession of drugs, both misdemeanors.

¯ Graeme Philip Alexander, 27, of 814 Leonard Ave., Belpre, was arrested Tuesday for endangering children, a felony.

¯ Tessa Lynn Steakley, 19, of 1851 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arrested Tuesday for complicity, a felony, and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

¯ Samuel Jason Kohan, 45, of 3063 Zephry Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa., on warrants for contempt of court order and probation violation, both felonies. Kohan was picked up in Pennsylvania and processed into the Washington County Jail on Tuesday.

¯ Christopher Shawn Stoops, 45, of 1522 27th St., Vienna, W.Va., for theft, a felony, domestic violence and unlawful restraint, both misdemeanors. Stoops was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail on Tuesday.
