No in-person Primary Election; Absentee only through April 28

Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced at 4:10 p.m. that the Ohio General Assembly has enacted a plan to extend voting by mail in Ohio’s March 17 primary through April 28.

No in-person voting will occur on June 2, as he previously suggested.

Absentee ballot requests may be submitted by downloading the request form at voteohio.gov and mailed into county board of elections offices.
