A patrolman responded to Buckeye Park, 113 Faye Ave., about an unruly juvenile. As a result of the investigation, the juvenile will receive a summons through juvenile court for unruly child and criminal mischief.
Units responded to a disturbance at 300 Fourth St. Apt. B on Saturday. The investigation revealed three of the apartment’s occupants engaged in a mutual fight. Cassidy Hope Davis, Atlas Airo Morris and Joshua David Hashman were cited for disorderly conduct by fighting.
A patrolman located Douglas Stanley cline at Go Mart, 820 Pike St., on Saturday. He was arrested on several failure to appear warrants and an indictment warrant for burglary, a third-degree felony.
Units were patrolling Saturday in a marked police cruiser near Second Street Speedway when they observed a man in the lot they identified as Deron Andrew Quesinberry, who was known to have an active warrant. He was arrested on a failure to appear warrant on an original charge of no operator’s license.
While traveling west in the 700 block of Glendale Road on Monday, two patrolmen attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a white Ford Mustang for fictitious registration. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit went through Marietta, out Fort Harmar Drive and to Bender Road, where the vehicle suffered mechanical failures and the pursuit ended. The driver, Timothy James Steed, was taken into custody. A 9mm handgun was found in the center console of the vehicle, along with ammunition. Two other occupants were also in the vehicle and were later released after questioning. Steed was charged with fleeing and eluding a police officer, kidnapping (as a passenger was not allowed to get out as requested), and having weapons under disability.
The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jason Dean Lanning, 37, of 105 Melody Lane, Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor; and having weapons while under disability, and two counts of felonious assault, all felonies.
Gabrielle Elizabeth Rhoton, 24, of 207 Walnut St., Belpre, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.
Dylan James Schob, 21, of 9243 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, was arrested for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.
