Copper Leaf wins Master Design award
Copper Leaf Interiors of Marietta has been named a winner of the 41st Annual Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards Contest. Copper Leaf Interiors, a 23-year-old interior design and project management firm, earned the Gold award in the Exterior Facelift Category of this contest. Along with this recognition, the project will be published in print and online magazines.
Sponsored by Qualified Remodeler magazine, the Master Design Awards is the premier national contest recognizing outstanding achievement in residential remodeling projects in 22 categories. Nominees are residential remodeling companies from across the country and entries are judged on aesthetic appeal, construction techniques used, handling of unusual situations, attention to detail, functionality of space and overall impression of the project.
This winning project is a home on the Florida Intracoastal Waterway and embodies the concept of indoor-outdoor living. To achieve this, the team, consisting of Copper Leaf Interiors, Burt Hill/Pollock Krieg Architects, Superior Construction Group and Superior Pools of Southwest Florida, collaborated closely to unify the different elevations within the house and the outdoor spaces. The new modern exterior includes large windows, a metal roof, a new sea wall and covered lanai, as well as a newly designed front entrance.
Founded in 1975, Qualified Remodeler magazine was the first magazine dedicated to serving the residential remodeling market. The magazine is published by SOLA Group, Inc., and serves an audience of more than 83,000 residential remodeling firms. Additional information on the Master Design Awards can be found in the September issue of Qualified Remodeler and at qualifiedremodeler.com.
