Riverview Credit Union new hires

BELPRE — Riverview Credit Union announced the recent hiring of three new associates, as the credit union continues to grow its lending team.

Milt Haynes joined Riverview on Sept. 3 as a Commercial Credit Analyst. In this role, Haynes is responsible for evaluating all member business loan requests for the purpose of making recommendations to the Board and senior management, as well as assisting with the ongoing management of existing business lending relationships.

New to Riverview’s consumer lending team are Morgan Heiss, who joined on Sept. 9, and Scott Smith, who joined on Sept. 24. Both individuals will be responsible for assisting current and prospective members with their consumer lending needs. Heiss will work primarily out of Riverview’s Marietta Office at 39 Acme Street. Smith will work primarily out of Riverview’s Belpre Office at 403 Main Street.

“We are excited to add three highly talented professionals to our lending team,” said Doug Ankrom, Riverview’s president and CEO. “Both Morgan and Scott have a strong consumer banking background and a track record of providing first-class service, while Milt has extensive commercial lending experience that will allow us to expand our business lending.”

We look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have on our lending activities and the financial well-being of our members.”

Haynes has over 20 years of experience in commercial lending at both large national banks and regional community banks. He is a graduate of Frontier High School and Marietta College, and resides in Marietta.

Heiss has over three years of banking experience, with a focus on lending and customer service at a local regional bank. She is a 2007 graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Human Resource Management. Heiss and her husband, Aaron, reside in Marietta with their three children, Gavin, Drew, and Aubrey.

Smith has worked in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. Smith attended Warren High School, and Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn. He has served the community in various service clubs and activities. Smith currently serves on the Ohio Valley Christian Youth Camp board. He resides in Mineral Wells, W. Va. with his, children Brenden and Haylee.
