MC alumnus named to dental industry 40 Under 40 list

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio – Dr. Caleb A. Robinson has been named one of the 2019 “40 Under 40” by Incisal Edge dental lifestyle magazine, which recognizes America’s finest young practitioners for their achievements in dentistry. An expansion of the magazine’s signature awards this year will include categories for General Dentists and Dental Specialists.

The Incisal Edge “40 Under 40,” was celebrated June 6 and 7 in the NoMad district of Manhattan. Honorees were featured in the fall print and digital editions of the magazine. The complete list of this year’s winners is featured at: IncisalEdgeMagazine.com.

“The sheer volume of nominations has grown to a point where we could no longer narrow our honorees to just 40,” said Chuck Cohen, founder of Incisal Edge. “As doctors strive for greater excellence in every aspect of practice–from cutting-edge clinical expertise to innovative entrepreneurship to remarkable patient environments–it became necessary to provide more opportunities to recognize their important achievements. That’s a great problem or dentistry to have.”

Dr. Robinson attended Marietta College and The Ohio State University receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences. In 2004, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Robinson was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Dental Corps, and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island, South Carolina. His naval service continued onboard the USS George Washington, a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier based out of Norfolk, Virginia where he served two years before his honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy.

After a two year associateship in Cambridge, Ohio, Dr. Robinson opened his private practice in New Philadelphia, Ohio in 2009.

Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the Ohio Dental Association, the Tuscarawas County Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry.
