The Cutler Ladies Aid society will host their annual Hunting Season Luncheon at the Cutler Community Center, 4550 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler. Lunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Nov. 26 through Dec. 1. The menu will include homemade soups, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, desserts and drinks, plus daily specials.

Veterans of all U.S. military branches are invited to the third session of music therapy from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the newly remodeled McKinney Media Center on the Marietta College Campus, 508 Putnam St.. The program is free, casual, confidential and with no obligation. No reservations are necessary. Sessions allow everyone to participate at whatever level they feel comfortable, with opportunities to play many different instruments, sing or just listen, write lyrics, and talk about music and individual ways music is part of our lives. The session is sponsored by the Music Therapy program at MC, and Chapter 52 of the Disabled Veterans of America (DAV).

The O’Neill Center will hold its annual craft sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 1. More than 30 local crafters will be selling their handmade items along with a few local vendors. Lunch will be sold from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday during the craft sale. Crafters will be located on the Fourth Street entrance as well as the lower level parking lot entrance. Admission is free. There will be a country store raffle during the craft sale.

The third annual Devola Turkey Trot will be held Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 22, in Devola. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. at the park at 820 River Road, by the Devola Pool. The 5K run/walk will begin at 9 a.m. and wind through the Devola community.

The cost is $5 per person and $10 for a family. Registration can be completed the day of the event or through Paypal at devolarec.com. All proceeds will be used for the recreational facilities and programs in Devola, which are managed through the East Muskingum Civic Association (EMCA).

Commemorative T-shirts will be available for purchase the day of the race. Additionally, raffle tickets for a Devola Summer Pool Pass will be available for $5 each.

The Washington County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society will meet at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Washington County Public Library, 615 Fifth St., Marietta, Ohio, in the lower level meeting room.

The speaker will be Bill Reynolds from Campus Martius Museum. His topic will be Author David McCullough and his upcoming book about Rev. Manassah Cutler and early Marietta. Visitors are always welcome at the meetings.
