All-inclusive women’s cancer screenings will be held in Belpre. In collaboration with the Memorial Health System, the Heritage College CHP will also offer same-day mammography at the Washington County mobile clinic Sept. 25 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Marietta Memorial Belpre Campus, 809 Farson St. in Belpre. The O’Neill Center will host a chili cook-off at 1 p.m. Oct. 7. The cost to enter the contest is $6 and participants are asked to bring the chili in a crockpot. Macksburg United Methodist Church will host a baked steak or pork tenderloin dinner from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, sponsored by Macksburg United Methodist Women. The cost is $8 for dine in or carry-out.
