Marietta Riverfront Roar will host a Cabin Fever Party Feb. 22 at the Marietta Shrine Club, featuring The Bash with Jake Binegar. This fundraiser concert will include door prizes, gun and purse raffles, and 50/50 drawings. Tickets are $20 per person in advance and $25 at the door. Area 15 Workforce Development Board Members from Monroe, Morgan, Noble and Washington Counties have scheduled a meeting to be held Feb. 3 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Lori’s Restaurant, 17020 McConnelsville Road, Caldwell. The Boards of County Commissioners from Monroe, Morgan, Noble, and Washington Counties have scheduled an Area 15 Council of Governments Meeting to follow at noon, also at Lori’s Restaurant.

The final Esbenshade performance of the 2019-20 season will be March 22 at 3 p.m. featuring Steep Canyon Rangers, who affirmed their place as one of the most versatile and idiosyncratic bands in all of the contemporary American music with Out in the Open. The performance will be held at Peoples Bank Theatre, 222 Putnam St. Ticket reservations begin Feb. 10.
