The Washington State Community College Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting on Feb. 24 at 4 p.m. in the Community Room of the Main Building.

The Salem Township Volunteer Fire Department will host a fish fry Feb. 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. The menu includes fish, french fries, green beans, applesauce, hot dogs, bread, desserts and beverages. The cost is a donation.

The Washington County Board of Elections will be closed Monday in observance of Presidents Day. The office will re-open at 8 a.m. Tuesday.

The Brigade of the American Revolution School of Instruction will be held at the Campus Martius Museum Feb. 29. The program is a nonprofit living history association dedicated to recreating the life and times of the common soldier of the American War for Independence, 1775-1783. Speakers begin at 10 a.m. The cost is regular museum admission.

The 13th annual Mid-Ohio Valley Friends of NRA Banquet will be held March 14 at K of C Hall in Churchtown. Tickets are $40 or $125.
