The Beverly Lions Club has canceled the Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for April 11.

Beverly United Methodist Church is canceling services for March 29 and April 5. Lenten services for the Beverly-Waterford area are also canceled for March 25, April 1 and April 10.

The Village of Lowell Council meeting scheduled for April and the BOPA meeting for April have been canceled.

The Marietta Area Recycling Center is closed due to efforts to mitigate the coronavirus. The public is asked to hold all materials as the site will not be accessible to the public and no volunteers will be on site to handle materials. The center is unclear at this time when it will reopen. Updates will be published in the newspaper or found at mariettarecycling.org.

Decatur Township at 2111 Welch Road in Cutler will have dumpsters available for township residents April 23-25. Hours of operation are Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. No tires, freon or remodelers will be accepted.

The Annual Financial Report of Decatur Township, for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2019 has been completed and reported to the AOS.It is available for review to the public by calling 740-667-3006.

Tri-County will be flushing hydrants March 30 through April 10. If you get brown water, flush your service line until clear.
