The free community breakfast scheduled for Saturday at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 308 Front St. in Marietta, will be take-out only. The breakfasts will be distributed from 8:30 to 10 a.m. All are welcome.
Zonta Club of the MOV has canceled its Spring Unique Boutique Clothing sale scheduled for April 3-4 due to coronavirus. The public is encouraged to watch for updates and save clothing donations for the fall sale if the event cannot be rescheduled.
The Washington County Historical Society annual dinner and program, traditionally held on April 7 and known as “Marietta’s birthday celebration,” is being postponed due to the current public health emergency. The historical society board of trustees has tentatively re-scheduled the event for June 7.
