¯ A deputy responded Wednesday to the Grandview Township area to conduct a burglary investigation. This case remains under investigation.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

¯ Alex Harvey Franklin Patterson, 26, of 2150 Sixth St. NE, Canton, was arrested for having weapons while under disability, a felony; and improper lane usage, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, possessing drug abuse instruments, fictitious plates, and possession of drugs, all misdemeanors.

¯ Taylor Nichole O’Brien, 23, 803 Fifth St., Marietta, was arrested for aggravated possession of drugs, a felony.

¯ Tyler James Boothby, 27, of 10 Browns Road, Apt. 3A, Marietta, was arrested for a probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Isaiah Thomas Rutter, 30, homeless, was arrested for driving under suspension and contempt of court, misdemeanors.

¯ Darren Craig Farnese, 26, of 111 W Montgomery St., Lot 17, Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, and two counts driving under financial responsibility suspension, all misdemeanors.

¯ Josey Cheyenne Barton, 29, of 207 1/2 Montgomery St., Marietta, was arrested for theft and failure to reinstate operator’s license, both misdemeanors.

¯ Samantha Jean Brooks, 38, of 205 Third St., Lot 5, Beverly, was arrested for obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.

¯ Nathan Lee Davis, 37, of 2138 Gaylin Drive, Brunswick, was arrested for driving under suspension, disorderly conduct and possessing drug abuse instruments, all misdemeanors.

¯ Matthew Scott West, 29, of 100 Gale Ave., Newport, was arrested for assault and probation violation, both misdemeanors.

¯ Anthony Duane Tilley, 46, of 70 Hanover Road, Cutler, was arrested for two counts of burglary, two counts of theft of a firearm, having weapons while under disability, and identify fraud, all felonies; and theft and obstructing official business, both misdemeanors.

¯ Jamie Christopher Waters, 48, of 116 Deerhaven St., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

¯ Shane Michael Hardie, 23, of 271 Walnut Drive, Whipple, was arrested for fictitious plates and contempt of court, both misdemeanors.

¯ Dennis Eugene Herndon III, 34, of Lowell, was arrested for domestic violence, a felony.

¯ Cesar Jaymin Huck, 25, of 1720 Center Bend Road, Beverly, was arrested for failure to comply, a felony; and obstructing official business, operating under suspension and tail light violation, all misdemeanors.

¯ Kaylee Marie Ditterline, 19, of 229 Franklin St., Marietta, was arrested for theft, a misdemeanor.

¯ Michael Sean Sverha, 38, of 355 Sandhill Road, Marietta, was arrested for failure to control, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, driving under suspension and menacing, all misdemeanors.

¯ Scott Lee Carpenter, 58, of 415 1/2 Third St., Marietta, was arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

¯ Edward Ray Conley, 55, of 106 Devol Drive, Marietta, was arrested for driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.

¯ Maranda Marie Markwood, 42, homeless, was arrested for criminal mischief and contempt of court, both misdemeanors.

¯ Lucas Alan Heiss, 40, of 12631 State Route 676, Waterford, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

¯ Samantha Alice Kopcho, 32, of 1330 C St., Sandusky, was arrested for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, a felony.

¯ Jaclyn Jean Kerns, 40, of 2609 Villa Drive, Parkersburg, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony; and possessing drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and possessing drug abuse instruments, all misdemeanors.

¯ Brenda Lee Mitchem, 56, of 240 Hillcrest Drive, Apt. 60, Marietta, was arrested for trafficking in drugs and probation violation, both felonies.

¯ Debra Lee Sampson, 27, of 206 Brentwood St., Marietta, was arrested for complicity to aggravated burglary, receiving stolen property, breach of recognizance, and two counts of forgery, all felonies; and contempt of court, OVI and obstructing official business, all misdemeanors.

¯ Timothy Matthew Sampson, 29, of 206 Brentwood St., Marietta, was arrested for aggravated robbery, a felony; and obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.

¯ Matthew Ronald Foraker, 36, of 1003 Campus Drive, Belpre, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and speed, all misdemeanors.

¯ Corrine Natacia West, 30, of 102 State St., Marietta, was arrested for failure to control, a misdemeanor.

¯ Samantha Jean Burns, 39, of 20 Charles St., Newport, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

¯ Lawrence W Myers III, 24, of 4438 Grand Ave., Shadyside, was arrested for OVI alcohol, drug of abuse, a misdemeanor.

¯ Jeremy Eugene O’Brien, 36, of Cutler, was arrested for receiving stolen property, a felony; and violating a protection order, obstructing official business, domestic violence and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.
