¯ A lieutenant began an investigation Sunday into a domestic violence incident. After completing the investigation, charges were filed on a juvenile subject.
¯ A deputy responded Monday to Veto Road, Belpre, to a report of Myles Merew being at this residence when there is a temporary protection order (TPO) in place. The deputy was also advised that Merew had a gun in his possession. Merew was observed standing half in and half out of his van at the driver door, in front of the residence yelling at an individual on the front deck. Merew was taken into custody without incident and no gun was located. Merew apparently came to the residence to gather some items and see the children. Myles L Merew, 42, was placed under arrest for violating a protection order.
¯ A deputy began an investigation Tuesday into a break in at a County Garage location where items were removed. This case remains under investigation.
¯ A deputy responded Wednesday to 26960 State Route 7, Par Mar, Marietta, to a report of harassment. A subject at that location stated Kirk Slider has been harassing her for approximately one year, making multiple claims to harm her and her fiance. The deputy made contact with the store personnel who advised that Slider was across the street yelling at them. A deputy assisted at the scene and Kirk Russell Slider, 27, of 26935 State Route 7, Apt. A2, Marietta, was placed under arrest for menacing.
¯ A deputy responded to an incident Wednesday that occurred on Forshey Road, Marietta. Contact was made with a juvenile and her parents who reported the juvenile being assaulted by Peyton D. Williams. The juvenile was with Williams and a verbal argument turned physical. Contact was made with Williams, who stated he did grab the female by the neck and pushed her onto the bed, but he was only joking as they always do. Peyton Dillon Williams, 19, of 85 Forshey Road, Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with unlawful restraint and assault.

¯ James Mitchell Kiggans, 24, of Newport, was arrested for possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, both felonies.
¯ Kirk Russell Slider, 27, of Marietta, was arrested for menacing, a misdemeanor.
¯ Wendi Janelle Mahoney, 39, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Iesha Rachelle McFadden, 25, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Peyton Dillon Williams, 19, of Marietta, was arrested for unlawful restraint and assault, both misdemeanors.
¯ Elton Dean Hart, 45, of Marietta, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.
¯ Levi Michael Kuhn, 27, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Zachary Keith Wright, 20, of Chesapeake, was arrested for two counts of possession of drugs, both felonies;, and OVI, a misdemeanor out of Muskingum County.
¯ Zhjontaya Me’Chelli Anderson, 23, of Akron, was arrested for three counts of possession of fentanyl, two counts of possession of heroin and receiving stolen property, all felonies.
