Early voting schedules in region
CHARLESTON — Early voting starts on Wednesday in West Virginia and ends on Nov. 2.
The general election is on Nov. 5.
On the ballot this year are candidates for president, U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, the West Virginia House of Delegates and state Senate, offices of the governor, treasurer, secretary of state, commissioner of agriculture, auditor and attorney general, county and municipal offices and issues including Amendment 1 to the state Constitution to prohibit assisted suicide.
Early voting will be held Monday through Saturday with counties setting hours. Saturday hours for all locations are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Offices will be closed on Sundays.
Voting hours on Election Day are 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
