Appalachian Ohio Manufacturers’ Coalition announces promotions
MARIETTA — The Appalachian Ohio Manufacturers’ Coalition announced the promotions of Dana Hermann to executive director and Cecily Fyffe to associate director.
These appointments reflect the coalition’s continued commitment to strengthening manufacturing in Southeast Ohio through experienced, visionary leadership, the coalition said in a news release.
Hermann brings over a decade of experience in sales, leadership, business development and strategic marketing to her new role as executive director. Since joining AOMC in 2024 as manager of outreach and recruitment, she has driven measurable growth in regional engagement and spearheaded innovative, data-driven outreach strategies, the release said.
Her background includes leadership roles at Nucor Steel and Russel Metals, where she managed sales portfolios exceeding $65 million and developed high-performing teams.
Fyffe has more than a decade of administrative leadership experience and has played a vital role in managing AOMC’s internal operations, the release said. Her responsibilities have included overseeing HR and payroll systems, leading grant reporting and budget development and ensuring efficient goal tracking and compliance.
Fyffe has prior experience at Washington State College of Ohio, Martin Marietta Materials, and Triad Hunter LLC/Montage Resources. She holds a bachelor of science in hospitality management from The Ohio State University and an associate of arts and science in business administration from WSCO.
