The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the following reports:

– A 2011 Chevy Camaro, owned by David Hackathorn, 721 Fifth St., Saint Marys, was traveling northbound on State Route 7 in Marietta Township on June 9 in inclement weather negotiating a curve when it veered off the left side of the roadway and struck a ditch. No injuries were reported and the driver of the car was charged with failure to control.

– Jalynn M. Cline, 30, 1308 Williamson Ave., Apt. 1C, New Matamoras, was driving a 2013 Dodge Dart traveling southbound on State Route 260 in Grandview Township on June 11 and stopped at the intersection of State Route 7. Kelsey Marie Riggs, 31, 1885 Cisler Ridge Road, New Matamoras, was driving a 2021 GMC Acadia traveling northeast when she attempted a left turn onto State Route 260, crossed into the opposite lane of travel and struck Cline. No injuries were reported and Riggs was charged with driving left of center in a two lane.

– John H. Mackey, 55, 1895 Dugan Road, Belpre, driving a 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was traveling eastbound on County Road 3 in Dunham Township on June 13 and was struck by a deer attempting to cross the roadway. No injuries or charges were reported.
