Now accepting applications for Secret Santa program

Washington-Morgan Community Action will be accepting applications for the 2019 Secret Santa Program starting Oct. 21. The Secret Santa Program provides Christmas gifts to children, ages newborn to age 12, of low income families. The program serves children in Washington County.

Washington-Morgan Community Action is located at 218 Putnam Street, Marietta, and is open from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Applicants must provide proof of income for the last 30 days, proof of Washington County residency, photo ID, birth certificates for all children and Social Security numbers for children and parents in the household. Income eligibility is based on 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Participants cannot be part of other gift giving programs.

Washington-Morgan Community Action is also seeking community support to help bring a little Christmas cheer to the children of the Secret Santa Program. You can support the program by sponsoring a child or by donating new unwrapped toys.
