•Deputies were dispatched to 2800 Beach Drive Lot 10, Belpre, on Thursday in regards to Brenda Bartges reporting William Bartges striking her. Deputies met with Brenda who advised William was intoxicated and slapped her across the left side of her face and grabbed her wrist. Brenda advised William fled on foot when he learned Brenda called 911. Deputies later located William in a tent to the rear of the residence, hiding behind a washer and dryer. Deputies also located two smoking devices commonly used for smoking marijuana, and a grinder. William Edward Bartges, Jr., 46, was placed under arrest for felony domestic violence and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Deputies responded to Mitchell Drive in Newport on Friday for a report of April Livingston taking a vehicle belonging to a family member, without their permission the day before. Livingston had only been allowed to use the vehicle to travel to work in Williamstown, which was closed on that date. On Saturday, both the vehicle and Livingston were located in Zanesville by the Zanesville Police Department. April L. Livingston, 43, of 150 Mitchell Drive, Newport, was placed under arrest by the Zanesville Police for giving a false name. The vehicle was towed to a local tow yard. A summons is being requested for Livingston for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

• On Friday, a deputy became aware that Christopher Mayle, who was sentenced to home confinement through Marietta Municipal Court, had tampered with his ankle monitor. Contact was made at 2450 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler. A deputy was advised Mayle cut off his ankle monitor and left the property. Mayle was later located and was placed under arrest. Christopher Neil Mayle, 40, of 11722 State Route 555, Cutler, was charged with escape and probation violation, and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• On Saturday, a deputy responded to 519 Ingram Road, Newport, in reference to Tyler M. Mulneix reporting she was struck by her boyfriend, Corey Garlock, while driving with their three children in Newport Township. Mulneix stated she was driving Garlock to work when he became enraged, grabbing the steering wheel and causing Mulneix to come to an emergency stop. Garlock attempted to grab his cellphone off the windshield mount and then struck Mulneix in the face. Garlock then took the key to the vehicle and would not return it for some time, however, it was eventually returned and Mulneix left the scene and called for assistance. Garlock denied everything except arguing with Mulneix while she was driving. Garlock also stated he may have accidentally struck Mulneix in the face. Corey Lewis Garlock, 27, of 4445 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• A deputy responded to 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, on Saturday for a report of a domestic violence altercation. Contact was made with Jason Mace, Graham Mace and Jacob Mace. The deputy learned that Jason had returned to this residence intoxicated and wanting to argue with his brothers. The argument escalated to Jason yelling and charging at Graham, with Jacob attempting to intercede and stop the altercation, however it ended with Jason fighting both of his brothers. Graham had been struck under the jaw by Jason’s closed fist and Jacob was bitten on the arm by Jason. Jason claimed he was “jumped” by his brothers. Jason was transported for medical treatment at the time. Once Jason was cleared by medical personnel he was placed under arrest. Jason Thaddeus Mace, 36, of 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, was charged with two counts domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

• A deputy received notification on Sunday that Tyrone Taylor had spent the weekend with a subject who has a protection order against him. After speaking with Taylor, and confirming the information and protection order, Taylor came to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office to turn himself in. Tyrone Anthony Taylor, 54, of 112 Sylvan Way, Marietta, was placed under arrest for violation of a protection order and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• Robin Louise Scott, 36, of 5 Wharton Drive, Parkersburg, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Derek Lee Bell, 30, homeless, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony.

• John Allan Coffindaffer, 58, of 3405 25th St., Parkersburg, was arrested for theft, a misdemeanor.

• Calvin Lane Gibson II, 34, of 2402 13th Ave., Apt. 6, Vienna, was arrested for theft, two counts, and criminal trespass, all misdemeanors.

• Jeremy Lee Taylor, 39, of 720 ½ Third St., Marietta, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

• Sydney Rain Bartmess, 19, of 521 ½ N. Seventh St., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Leanna Mari Featherstone, 31, of 95 Smoke Rise Drive, Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Jimmy Jack Vandal, 31, of 1713 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arrested for breaking and entering and theft of a motor vehicle (two counts each), all felonies.

• Felicia Christine Jackson, 38, of 212 ½ Elm St., Marietta, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.

• Dane Anthony Mason, 41, of 708 Front St., Apt. 24, Marietta, was arrested for theft without consent and misuse of credit card, both misdemeanors.

• William Edward Bartges, Jr., 46, of 2800 Beach Drive, Lot 10, Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence, a felony, and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

• Caitlin Marie Cordell, 26, of 1206 County House Lane, Apt. D, Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

• Jason Thaddeus Mace, 36, of 18001 State Route 676, Marietta, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence, both felonies.

• Corey Lewis Garlock, 27, of 4445 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

• Stanley Rupert Smith Jr., 58, of 27315 State Route 7, Apt. 2, Marietta, was arrested for OVI, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs .08 of 1 gram or more but less than .17 of 1 gram of alcohol, open container, no seatbelt and driving under OVI suspension, all misdemeanors.

• Jonathan Lee Hearn, 47, of 602 Front St., Marietta, was arrested for felonious assault, two counts, both felonies.

• Richard Solorzano-Pascual, 43, of 129 Franklin St., Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Christopher Neil Mayle, 40, of 11722 State Route 555, Cutler, was arrested for escape and probation violation, both misdemeanors.

• Keisha Jo Maas, 31, of 111 W Montgomery St., Marietta, was arrested for complicity to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, two counts, both felonies, endangering children and complicity to failure to register, both misdemeanors.

• Tyrone Anthony Taylor, 54, of 112 Sylvan Way, Marietta, was arrested for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.

• Shelby Jewel Scott, 31, of 221 Sheldon Ave., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Stanley Rupert Smith Jr., 58, of 27315 State Route 7, Apt. 2, Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Miranda Jo Duty, 41, of 108 Sharon St., Marietta, was arrested for cruelty to animals, two counts, and prohibitions concerning companion animals, two counts, all felonies.

• Misty Marie Maston, 41, of 3203 Charles Drive, Vienna, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Destiny Renee Covey, 27, of 115 Longacre St., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.

• Benjamin Scott Carpenter, 25, of 811 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, was arrested for theft, a felony, and criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor.
