•A deputy responded to 27400 State Route 7, Lot #50, Marietta, on Tuesday for a report of a domestic dispute complaint. The Marietta Police Department had received information that Duane Roe had assaulted someone. Duane Merlyn Roe, 51, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
•A deputy was dispatched to 6658 Archers Fork Road, Independence Township, on Tuesday for a burglary in progress, later determined to be unfounded. The deputy made contact with John Addlesburger, an occupant of the residence, who refused to open the front door. Addlesburger then fled the residence, was ordered multiple times to stop, but refused. After a short foot pursuit, Addlesburger surrendered. John William Addlesburger, 46, of 406 Vine St., New Matamoras, was placed under arrest and charged with obstructing official business.
• On Tuesday, a deputy began an investigation on Hanna Road in reference to a burglary. Numerous items of value were removed from the residence. This case remains under investigation.

• Justin Tyler Gibbs, 28, homeless, was arrested for aggravated possession of fentanyl and aggravated possession of drugs, both felonies, and driving under suspension, a misdemeanor.
