•A deputy began an investigation June 1 into a stolen septic tank aerator. This case remains under investigation.

•A deputy responded to 3011 Barth Road on June 1 for a domestic dispute complaint. After speaking with Alisha Harris and Colten Pugh, it was determined that charges of disorderly conduct would be filed on both. A minor misdemeanor citation was filed on Alisha Marie Harris, 29, of 122 Frederick St., Marietta, and Colten Wyatt Pugh, 28, of 3011 Barth Road, Belpre, for disorderly conduct.

•A deputy began an investigation June 2 into criminal mischief incidents. This case remains under investigation.

•Deputies responded to 101 Iroquois Drive, Marietta, on June 3 for a report of a bike being stolen from the driveway. After viewing footage at the scene, and being aware of an incident earlier in the day, the deputy determined that John R. Ralston was responsible for this bicycle being removed and later recovered. On Thursday, charges of theft were filed on John Robert Ralston, 50.

• On June 3, a 911 hang-up call was received and traced to David L. Carr III. The phone pinged on Sylvan Way and deputies responded to the address and made contact with the homeowner who advised Carr lived at 109 Sylvan Way. Carr stated the call was accidental. Dispatch made deputies aware of an active temporary protection order on file with a female subject against Carr. Deputies were then advised that the female standing in the garage with Carr was in fact the protected party. David Leonard Carr III, 34, of 331 N. Seventh St., Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with violation of a protection order.
