Arrests/Washington County

The following people were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:

• Felisha Elizabeth Anne Casto, 29, of 906 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arrested for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of drugs, both felonies.

• Sylvia Lorraine Casto, 51, of 1103 18th St., Vienna, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony.

• Jennifer Renea Forshey, 38, of 1472 Braun Road, Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence and parole violation, both felonies.

• James Harvey Ridgeway, 55, of New Matamoras, was arrested for burglary, a felony, and two counts violation of a protection order, both misdemeanors.

• Brandon Scott Offenberger, 20, of 25 Radabaugh Road, Marietta, was arrested for breaking and entering, a felony.

• Megan Cheyenne Roach, 28, of 314 Lancaster St., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a felony.

• Erick Ryan Jenkins, 33, of 108 Pine Drive, Little Hocking, was arrested for burglary and theft, both felonies, and possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor.

• Christopher Ryan McGrath, 35, of 125 Dutch Ridge Road, Guysville, was arrested for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.

• Donald Richard Gregor, 47, of 27335 State Route 7 Lot 13, Reno, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony.

• Shawn Douglas Parmer, 31, of 1322 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony.

• Ty Alexander Hall, 21, of 79 Gomber Ave., Cambridge, was arrested for illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.

• Christiana Lorrain Thacker, 29, of 16085 State Route 550, Fleming, was arrested for no operator’s license and no seatbelt, both misdemeanors.

• Nathan Thomas Pyke, 29, of 523 Second St., Marietta, was arrested for parole violation, a felony.

• Robert Edward Carpenter, Jr., 20, of 209 Scammel St., Apt. 7, Marietta, was arrested for alcohol under age of 21, a misdemeanor.

• Michael Lee Roux, 48, homeless, was arrested for assault, two counts, both misdemeanors.

• Matthew Scott Johnson, 41, homeless, was arrested for contempt of court, a misdemeanor.

• Stephen Robert Baker, Jr., 34, of 16104 Crown Brook Circle, Franklin, Tenn., was arrested for OVI, a misdemeanor.

• Timothy Edwin Payne Jr, 39, of 949 Lancaster St., Marietta, was arrested for having weapons under disability, trafficking in heroin, and trafficking in fentanyl, all felonies.

• Amy Alain McFee Staats, 46, of 1716 Elizabeth St., Apt. B, Belpre, was arrested for domestic violence, a misdemeanors.

• Andrew Robert Johnston, 41, of 1572 Elizabeth St., Apt. C, Belpre, was arrested for trafficking in heroin, trafficking in methamphetamine and receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture, all felonies.

• Tytus Lamarr Shields, 31, of 1572 Elizabeth St., Apt. A, Belpre, was arrested for trafficking in heroin, having weapons while under disability, receiving stolen property and receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture, all felonies.

• Steven Allen Siegel, 31, of 1½ Eighth St., Belpre, was arrested for possession of heroin, receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture and receiving stolen property, all felonies.

• Haley Noel Hull, 25, of 949 Lancaster St., Marietta, was arrested for trafficking in heroin and trafficking in fentanyl, both felonies.

• Kelci Leann Wise, 19, of 1572 Elizabeth St., Apt. C, Belpre, was arrested for trafficking in heroin, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine, all felonies.

• Kyleigh Danielle Rymer, 29, of 107 Virginia St., Ravenswood, W.Va., was arrested for possession of heroin, receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture, and tampering with evidence, all felonies.

• Shawn Trenton Richards, 23, of 20870 State Route 60, Beverly, was arrested for driving under suspension and speed, both misdemeanors.

• Maranda Marie Markwood, 42, of 713 Greene St., Apt. C, Marietta, was arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
