¯ Deputies met Sept. 22 with Tamara Hamilton, 104 Woodcrest Lane, Marietta, who reported the theft of a generator. This case remains under investigation.
¯ Gary Cochran of New Matamoras reported Friday items were stolen from his vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

¯ Richard A. Weber reported Friday his wife, Suzanne B. Weber, had hit him and was intoxicated. Deputies met with Suzanne, who stated she had confronted her husband about an issue they were having, and they began to argue. She stated she straddled him while he was seated and they continued to argue. Suzanne stated Richard then pushed her causing her to hit a cabinet and cut her lip. Richard stated they argued as well, stating she “flicked” cigarette ashes on his head. Richard stated he squirted her with a bottle of saline solution and she tripped and fell, striking her head. Both subjects admitted they had been drinking. Suzanne Brown Weber, 66, Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence.
¯ A deputy was dispatched Saturday to 2400 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, to a report that Alphonso Johnson was beating on the front door and broke out the glass window. Mackenzie Vogt advised she was inside the residence asleep and heard a pounding noise. Vogt went to the door and after looking out did not see anyone. Vogt stated she went to open the door and noticed one of the two glass windows in it had been broken. She then turned on a light and Johnson stepped in front of the door and stated some explicit commands for her to open the door. Vogt and Johnson argued about what he had done and her not allowing him in. Johnson called for a taxi and left a short time later. A hammer was nearby which was possibly used to bust the glass. Johnson was located and he admitted to being at the residence, but denied breaking the glass. Alphonso Lesean Johnson, 30, last known address of 2400 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, was placed under arrest and charged with criminal damaging. Once at the jail, Johnson tested 0.106 with the PBT.
¯ Steven Ray Wilson, 25, of 178 Water St., Lowell, was arrested Saturday on a charge of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, and supplying alcoholic beverages to a minor, a first-degree misdemeanor. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a juvenile being touched by Wilson while at his Lowell residence. It was also reported that Wilson had provided alcoholic beverages to the juvenile. Contact was made with Wilson, who reported being at a party and they were drinking alcohol he had purchased.
¯ Deputies began an investigation Sunday into damage done at the storage buildings on BF Goodrich Road, Marietta. This case remains under investigation.
¯ Bruce Gearhart of 1098A Clement Ave., Belpre, reported Sunday the theft of aluminum wheels from his property. This case remains under investigation.

¯ Danielle Ann Vanwey, 36, of 701 Virginia St., Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Michael Ryan Fortney, 23, of 150 Watertown Road, Waterford, was arrested for sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, both felonies.
¯ Jackie Sue Sprouse, 59, of 704 Elm St., Belpre, was arrested for receiving stolen property, a felony.
¯ Christopher William Hicks, 25, Parkersburg, was arrested for resisting arrest and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.
¯ Paul Anthony Wallace II, 28, of 115 N. Hart St. Apt. 6, Marietta, was arrested for two counts of probation violation, both misdemeanors.
¯ Alphonso Lesean Johnson, 30, of 2400 Silver Globe Road, Marietta, was arrested for criminal damaging, a misdemeanor.
