≤ A deputy began an investigation on Nov. 7 with Gary Skinner of Waterford Road, Waterford, regarding a vehicle and trailer theft. The case remains under investigation.
≤ Deputies began an investigation Nov. 7 in Waterford Township about someone shooting a firearm. The case remains under investigation.
≤ A deputy, while working at Fort Frye High School in Beverly on Nov. 9, received information on a possible drug incident that occurred at the school. After completing the investigation, the deputy filed summons on the juveniles involved.
≤ A deputy responded on Nov. 10 to Scott’s Auto Repair, Ohio 339, Vincent, to a theft complaint. The case remains under investigation.
≤ Information was received Nov. 11 that Sean McGee had been assaulted by a family member. A deputy met with McGee who advised who the suspect in the assault was. After speaking with McGee, he eventually admitted to making up the story. Sean Anthony McGee, 20, of 1005 State Route 821, Marietta, was charged with tampering with evidence and falsification.

≤ Shane Michael Haynes, 21, of 1408 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arrested for no operator’s license, a misdemeanor.
≤ Tara Renee Jenkins, 42, of 243 Wingrove Drive, Little Hocking, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments, a misdemeanor, and possession of drugs, a felony.
≤ Darrell Eugene Clark, 35, of 230 E. Fay Ave., Marietta, was arrested for direct contempt.
≤ Oscar August Zehendner, 65, of 2230 Oxbow Lane, New Matamoras, was arrested for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
≤ Derek Eugene Boice, 33, of 489 Sandhill Road, Marietta, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence, both misdemeanors.
≤ Keith Allen Drake, 34, of 3749 Bells Run Road, Newport, was arrested for failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, elude or flee, a felony, obstructing official business and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.
≤ Phillip Joseph Bair, 27, of 115 Buells Circle, Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
