¯ Amanda Marie Brown, 41, of 2180 Rocky Point Road, Fleming, was northbound Sept. 26 on County Road 3 in Warren Township. Her 2017 Lincoln MKX crossed the centerline, went off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Alcohol was a suspected factor in the crash.
¯ Robert Vernon Snedden, 46, of 24529 Brister Road, Coolville, and Pamela A. Sweet, 66, of 902 Ball Lane, Stockport, were northbound Sept. 27 on Ohio 377 in Chesterhill. Snedden attempted to make a right turn in a 1996 Mack RD owned by J. Campbell Construction Inc. of Racine. Sweet began to pass Snedden on the right. Snedden struck Sweet’s 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. Sweet was cited for not maintaining an assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Austin A. Sciance, 28, of 156 Sciance Road, Fleming, and Jeremy M. Woodford, 30, of 5235 Muskingum River Road, Lowell, were southbound Sept. 29 on Ohio 60 in Muskingum Township. Sciance’s 2015 Ford Fusion was in the center lane and attempted to merge into the southbound lane, striking Woodford’s 2002 Ford Taurus. Sciance was cited for turning a vehicle without ascertaining the movement could be made with reasonable safety nor without giving an appropriate signal.
¯ Natasha D. Cleveland, 30, of 919 Belrock Ave., Belpre, was westbound Sept. 29 on County Road 2 in Belpre. Her 2008 Ford Expedition went off the left side of the roadway and struck a post. She then fled the scene. She was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control of it. Drugs were a suspected factor in the crash.
¯ Trey Ryver Cunningham, 16, of 126 Mitchell Drive, Newport, was southbound Oct. 3 on County Road 25 in Lawrence Township. Gala Lou Beaver, 68, of 105 Turkey Knob Road, Newport, was northbound on County Road 25. Cunningham’s 2001 Ford Taurus went left of center and struck Beaver’s 2010 Chevrolet Equinox. Cunningham was cited for not driving on the right half of the roadway.
¯ A deputy began an investigation Monday in Independence Township regarding a theft of trail cams. This case remains under investigation.

The following individuals were recently processed into the Washington County Jail:
¯ Daron Lee Voshel, 44, address unknown, was arrested for illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance – photograph or transfer, a felony.
¯ Reginald Terrel Sims, 30, of Belpre, was arrested for failure to comply, a felony; and assault and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.
¯ Taylor Marie Wright, 23, of Marietta, was arrested for violating a protection order, a misdemeanor.
¯ Derrick Lamar Paradise, 26, of Mansfield, was arrested for trafficking in drugs, a felony in Richland County.
¯ James David Warner, 40, of Marietta, was arrested for domestic violence and violating a protection order, both misdemeanors.
