Eloise Mary Muhlbach – Bakker

Eloise Mary Muhlbach-Bakker, 87, of Churchtown, OH, passed away May 27, 2024, in Winter Garden, Florida.

Eloise was born April 24, 1937, at home in Churchtown to Alfred and Hilda Tornes.

Eloise married Robert Muhlbach (deceased) in 1958, then married Robert Bakker in 2012.

Eloise started her career in banking, then after marriage to Robert Muhlbach became Office Mgr./Accountant for the company holdings of Robert Muhlbach. Eloise is a current member of Resurrection Catholic Church, Winter Garden, FL and was an active volunteer/treasurer for their outreach programs. Eloise was in love with God, Family and enjoyed being a servant for God for those struggling. She also enjoyed making many quilts by hand, traveling, cooking/baking and caring for family.

Eloise will be deeply missed by her children Dan Muhlbach, Barbara Beggs and husband Dave and Priscilla Williams. Eloise’s grandchildren; Ryan Muhlbach and wife Samantha, Joel and girlfriend Shannon Boyle, R. Chandler Rogers, Cheri Jones and husband Ed, Tim Williams and wife Rhonda and Lori Williams McDonnell and husband John. Sisters Arlene, Rita, Mary and brothers Earl (deceased), Charles, Father Dale and John. Eloise will also be missed by the many great grandchildren in her family.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 at St. John The Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Churchtown, OH with Father Dale Tornes officiating.
