John William Blackburn III, 72, of Quaker City, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West St., Caldwell. A memorial service and Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Kennonsburg Church, 57599 Kennonsburg Road, Salesville, Ohio, with Pastor Mark Slay officiating.
