Wilbur “Russ” Overly, 64, Caldwell, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 2, 2025, in his home surrounded by his family.

Cremation will be observed and a graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 25, in Halley’s Ridge Cemetery, with Ron Boley officiating. Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 609 West St., Caldwell, is in charge of arrangements.
