Robert “Bob” Everett Chamberlin (84) passed peacefully November 25, 2025. Bob was born April 24, 1941, in Stafford, Ohio, to John and Gladys Chamberlin. He survived by his daughter Lisa Polk and her mother Susie Chamberlin; grandchildren Danielle Gurtis-Polk (Jessica) and Devon Polk (Taylor); great-granddaughter Annie Polk; and siblings Bill Chamberlin (Evelyn), Kenny Chamberlin (Tersita), Janet Kapple, Don Chamberlin, and Charlie Malone. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and siblings June Blevins and Loretta Morris. Bob graduated from Salem Liberty High School in 1959. He served in the United States Army before working in sales. Bob was a friendly face with his brother and close friend, Bill, at Rink’s and local auctions for years where he built many friendships and enjoyed his true passion of “wheeling and dealing.” Bob was a charismatic story teller and loved his family and friends proudly. For years he had daily calls with close friend Jim Haas. Bob was a proud man of God and found peace knowing he was saved. He attended Twin Rivers Baptist Church. Bob will be deeply missed by many. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, December 1, 2025, at Hadley Funeral Home Reno Chapel, 1021 Pike St., Marietta, OH, with burial to follow in Putnam Cemetery with military honors.
