I feel sorry for this young man. He was set up. The girl and her family should be the one's facing sentencing. Shame on that family for trapping this young man.

Young men mature mentally at a somewhat slower pace than young ladies in this time period. I don't think 5 years is a large gap in age at this stage in their lives. This was not forced sexual contact and this young man should not be labeled as a sex offender.

@Wtfmate He was 19 and she was 15 both agreed to have sex but since she was not 16 she couldn't legally agree to have sex. He must of upset her or her grandmother and that's why he was charged .

@firedup: What in the world are you smokin' when you post? You're so busy throwing stray caps and punctuation marks into your run-on sentences that you come nowhere near making any sense. You want people to read your rants, you gotta make them at least decipherable.

They really need to rewrite the sex offender laws and let the Judges have more leeway with who goes on the sex offender list.

Maybe we should legalize prostitution, then they wouldn't have to prey on kids to get sex.

Or, as a punishment, cut off their #$%&*. That would be one heck of a deterrent.
