Daily breaking news and news the liberal media doesn't want you to know, won't report, or just daily news issues.

Americans for many years have had to rely on left leaning biased news reporting from liberal media such as NBC, ABC, and CBS and the New York Times. As most of these outlets struggle to remain on the air and in print, the new media is flourishing and people are hearing both sides of the issues. This forum will provide people with a place to discuss daily news issues of any kind or discuss articles not printed or aired by the liberal news outlets.

Right-to-Work Laws Harm the Middle Class.....By David Madland

Dec. 12, 2012, at 5:28 p.m.....

States should not pass so-called "right-to-work" laws because they are a body blow to the middle class and undermine a state's economy. Unions are essential for building a strong middle class, yet right-to-work laws weaken unions by making them provide services without being paid for them—forcing certain workers to pay the costs of union representation for all workers. ...... Felling the Bern? Back at ya: GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt fired back in an op-ed piece in The Washington Post that "we’ve never been a big hit with socialists. We create wealth and jobs, instead of just calling for them in speeches."

John Kerry through his spokesman "james Taylor" stated that "we could have shot them down". woulda, shoulda, coulda. well we didn't shoot them down. the stunts of the Russians and the Chinese remind me of how ISI does those they wish to kill for propoganda. they rehearse the "death scene" so many times that the victims become so relaxed that they never know when it is "THAT" time. it's too bad they don;t get to attenmd the release party.

Coaluser...i would not be surprised...we handed over sacrificial sailors and two small boats to the Iranians after we caved in to their demands in hopes of replacing the "Wooden LEG-acy" of Obama's failures. i still contend it was a stunt in which to bolster or paint the Iranians as some sort of benevolent country. they could be...but at this time they are not.

"Abby , preventive instead of reactive ."

i can agree with you on that.

quick update on the flyby.it was stated in an article that although the jets violated a 1973 agreement which would have allowed us to down the jets...several factors affected that decision. namely no visible weapons and the lack of a lock-on signal. i still think it was a poor decision by the Russian pilots. one that under different circumstances could have ended in a less than desirable end.

Shop...Bono in my opinion needs to stick to music and overseeing his investments...which have netted him a tidy stockhouse of cash and holdings.

OvO...my dear friend...i think you posted under the wrong topic or perhaps it is i that is mistaken. either way, i hope you are well. i am not contesting the fact that abortion is legal and if done, should be done under proper medical supervision. in that, i would hope we agree. the discussion actually centered around the position of a potential president and their views, especially from one with so much political power should garner attention, and the Unborn victims of violence Act. how can something considered "not human" gain the same rights as a living and breathing human based simply oh how the life was taken. i have considered our own death penalty argument. the main difference between the two is the accused in one case has the ability to speak for themselves. the role of the sperm donor is a whole other topic unto itself. keep smiling...you have friends.
