Obama ‘birther’ theories float as Hawaii health director killed in crash
By Cheryl K. Chumley
The more you know! READ more than your majorly conservative posts! Venture out and learn! "I later read on social media that Michelle Obama seemed to be rather peeved on seeing the Danish prime minister take the picture," Roberto Schmidt, the Agence France-Presse photographer who took the photo, wrote in a blog post. "But photos can lie. In reality, just a few seconds earlier the first lady was herself joking with those around her, Cameron and Thorning-Schmidt included. Her stern look was captured by chance."
That didn't stop the tabloids from splashing the first lady's reaction shots on their covers.
The photographer was Danish and is blown away this made news!

Drop this BS, you are wrong! Its OK to be wrong!
"The president doesnt carry our values with him when he leaves the country?"
What values are you referring to?
And stick, even when Michelle is smiling, don't ya think she looks mad?
"but it didnt do any good for our standing amongst the other countries."
What countries? All I have heard of this is from the usual whiners. From what I've seen, the international view on the whole thing is that it's no big deal.
Greek, tiredofit, stickhauler! "OUR" values do not meant all of OUR values! Our country has changed! Parts of this country don't even follow YOUR values when it comes to funerals! Go to New Orleans, go south etc, ALOT of funerals are a party and fun!
This is a 5 minute waste of time snippit you are making way too much out of!
I'm annoyed it was even news and we are still talking about it, that shows, IMHO, how blind the hate is for Obama and how irrational its become!
Sorry, but this condemnation is absurd! Time to move on! In a week, no one will even remember it!
And, our standing in the world took a ZERO hit because of this! Are you joking?
asknot, spin it any direction you wish. Maybe you're single, I'm not. And I recognized the "look" his wife was giving him. I could care less where this went on if the locals were partying, and I'm not advocating "miserable" funerals either. However, I do believe you should be respectful. And "taking selfies" wasn't very respectful IMHO. But, then again, I learned many years ago, "Happy wife-happy life."
The president doesnt carry our values with him when he leaves the country?
Whatever you want to think Kendall but it didnt do any good for our standing amongst the other countries.
"But that is not the general culture here in the US."
It wasn't held in the US, so they can behave in a different manner.
But that is not the general culture here in the US. And the world is looking at it and thinking it is disrespectful. Except Michelle. They are saying she was the only one in the pics being solemn and respectful. You have referenced the world view before and its importance.
“Hit him for his failures, there's plenty to choose from”
OK . . . you go first . . .
So, people are singing and dancing and celebrating, yet Obama can't smile and get his picture taken?
And, have you ever seen how alot of funerals are held in New Orleans? There's dancing, singing, laughter and a celebration of life! Which is how I would like mine to be!
Just because you choose to desire misery in death, doesn't mean you should force your expectations on others.
Hit him for his failures, there's plenty to choose from, but whining about this is absurd. IMO
Stickhauler, I'll repeat: “All around me in the stadium, South Africans were dancing, singing and laughing to honour their departed leader. It was more like a carnival atmosphere, not at all morbid,” Roberto Schmidt said in a blog post, “The story behind the selfie.”
-The photographer that took the pic Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning Schmidt took the self-portrait after finding herself seated between President Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron. She said the photograph captured the festive environment the three of them were sharing.
“There was dancing on the stands and singing and dancing, so the mood was positive. And then we took a really fun selfie,” she told the Danish newspaper, Berlingske.

Lie of the Year: Readers' Poll results
By Angie Drobnic Holan
PolitiFact has chosen the most significant falsehood of the year: President Barack Obama's repeated statement, "If you like your health care plan, you can keep it."
asknot, it's pretty clear the "little woman" didn't think much of Barry's antics. If that is acceptable behavior in your world, perhaps that shows why this country is so screwed up. There's too many of you folks who engage in this "cult of personality" worship ya 'all have for this moron!
