Frontier’s Tysie Hoff signs with Seton Hill track and field

NEW MATAMORAS — Frontier High School senior Tysie Hoff is committing to the track and field program for the NCAA Division II Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pa. She signed her National Letter of Intent on Friday in the Frontier High School Media Center.
Hoff is a very determined, goal-oriented student-athlete. She is on track to be salutatorian with a 3.99 GPA while enrolled in coursework required for the Academic Diploma with Honors as a full-time CCP student.
Tysie has completed multiple community service hours in a variety of experiences, including the local church food pantry, Newport Junior Athletic Association Basketball Tournament, and organizing a tie-blanket raffle to raise money for Team Luke Hope for Minds, a brain injury awareness program. She is active in the Student Council and Student Section, and was also a 3-year iBelieve Summer Delegate, HOBY Ambassador, FLEDA Student of the Year, two-year member of the National Honor Society, on the Homecoming Court, and was recognized as a WTAP Academic Achiever.
Hoff is the daughter of Brandi and Justin Hoff of Newport. She will bring strong talent to the Griffins. As a decorated member of the Frontier High School track team, Hoff is a three-year letterman and district qualifier, as well as team captain; she holds school records for multiple events including the 100, 200, 400, 4×100, and pole vault.
