Wendell Ray Walker, 62, of Williamstown, WV, passed away August 18th, 2024, at home.
Wendell was born May 9th, 1962, the son of Richard V. and Neva E. Walker.
He graduated from Athens High School in 1980 and was an alumnus of Ohio University. He was an employee of Westlake Dimex, Marietta, OH.
Wendell was a wonderful husband to his wife Amelia (Campbell) and loving father to their children Liam and Elise. He was an avid bass fisherman whose great love for the outdoors he shared with everyone.
Wendell is survived by his wife, son, daughter, sister Charline Tomer and brother-in-law Henry Tomer. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Verna Raquepaw.
A celebration of life will be held at Central Venue, 29 E. Carpenter St., Athens, OH on Saturday August 24th from 1pm to 6pm.
