Waterford Community Fair continues despite rain

WATERFORD — Rain created muddy conditions Friday at the Waterford Community Fair, making portions of the parking area difficult for smaller vehicles to navigate. Workers planned to place stone in some problem areas, according to fair official Chris Campbell. The weather forced organizers to cancel Friday evening’s ATV rodeo, though the fair parade continued Friday evening as planned.
