Arc announces scholarship recipients

PARKERSBURG – Eight students from Wood and Washington counties are 2026 scholarship recipients from The Arc of the Mid-Ohio Valley. Scholarships go to students who dedicated themselves to careers serving individuals with cognitive or intellectual disabilities.
