Sewer Work on Franklin Street The Water Reclamation Department will be performing work on the 400 block of Franklin Street to maintain, repair or replace the sanitary sewer. Franklin Street will be closed to traffic between Putnam and Lancaster Streets. There will be no parking on either side of the street from 413 Franklin St. to Lancaster Street.
