Kathryn Grace Morrow, 68, of Fleming, OH, passed away November 1, 2026, at her residence. She was born on February 18, 1958, in Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of Clara J. James Board and the late John G. Board. Kathryn was a teacher who taught 3rd and 4th grade for Warren Local Schools. She retired from teaching in 2015 and started and ran Kathy's Kreations. Carolyn was born October 31, 1945, in Parkersburg, West Virginia to George and Ruby Kesterson. She graduated from Belpre High School in 1963. Carolyn married Myron Weber on December 19, 1964. She was a minister’s wife for many years and worked for Peoples Bank as an appraiser. Carolyn was a member of Evergreen Bible Church in Williamstown.
