Ruth Anna White, 85, of Cutler, Ohio, died on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. She was born on October 19, 1939, in Waterford, Ohio, daughter of Ernest and Laura Viola Mitchem Needs. Ruth graduated from Waterford High School in 1957 and was a homemaker to her children and grandchildren most of her life.
