Larry E. Brown and B. Diane (Copen) Brown of Marietta, Ohio were married in a candle light ceremony at St. Luke’s Evangelical Luthern Church, Fourth and Scammel St., Marietta, Ohio, on Dec. 26, 1964 by Rev. John Torrance.

Larry is the son of the late Harry A. and Elsie (Davis) Brown and Diane is the daughter of the late John W. and Muriel (Weber) Copen, and the late step-mother Ireta Copen.

Larry and Diane are being honored with a get-together for family and friends from 1-3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 29, at the Lafayette Hotel, Front and Greene St., Marietta, Ohio in the Mississippi Queen Room.
