Ashleigh Renee Tornes, daughter of Randy and Jean Tornes of Waterford, and Brandon William Hendershot, son of Bernard and Lynlee Hendershot of Waterford, announce their engagement.

Ashleigh graduated from Waterford High School and Marietta College and is a second-grade teacher at Warren Elementary School. She is the granddaughter of Charles Tornes of Marietta, Virgil and Martha Huck of Waterford, and Larry and Sandy Harris of Lower Salem.

Hendershot graduated from Waterford High School and Marietta College and is employed by the Bureau of Fiscal Service. He is the grandson of John and Elizabeth Rubrake of Lowell, and Patsy and the late Jack Hendershot of Waterford.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m. July 15, 2016 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Churchtown. The reception will follow at the K of C Hall in Churchtown.
