Vanessa Rose Sprague, daughter of Douglas and Janelle Sprague, of Fleming, and Gerald John Tiberio Jr. (Jerry), son of Dr. Gerald and Claire Tiberio, of Zanesville, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Waterford High School and Ashland University. She recently completed her master’s degree in education from Miami University. She is a preschool intervention specialist in West Chester and recently accepted a preschool intervention specialist position with Licking County Educational Service Center to begin in August. She is the granddaughter of B. Eileen Sprague of Fleming and the late Glenn Sprague and Shirley Stollar-Oliver of Marietta and the late Ralph Stollar.

The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Bishop Rosecrans High School, the University of Dayton and the University of Akron School of Law. He is a practicing attorney in Zanesville. He is the grandson of the late Nicholas and Laura Tiberio and the late William and Jeanne Bissmeyer.

The wedding will be July 30, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Churchtown. A reception will follow at the Marietta Shrine Club.
