Grecni-Reppun

Debra Miller and James Grecni of Marietta announce the engagement of their daughter, Zena Grecni, to Frederick Reppun, son of Vivien Lee and Charles Reppun of Waiahol, Hawaii.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Warren High School. She received a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and a master’s degree in environmental policy and management from Yale University. Grecni is currently working as a climate assessment specialist at the East-West Center in Honolulu.

The prospective bridegroom obtained a bachelor’s degree, cum laude in field, from Harvard University and a graduate degree in agricultural science from The Ohio State University. Reppun is employed by the University of Hawaii as an Agricultural Extension Agent on the island of Oahu.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Dorothy and Herbert Miller and Emil and Kathryn Grecni and Dorothy Grecni, all of Akron. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Oliver and May Lee of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Frederick and Jean Reppun of Kaneohe, Hawaii.

The couple plans an August wedding at Kualoa Ranch in Kaaawa, Hawaii.
