Patty Sue (Doan) Tidd, 60, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and children by her side. She was born June 7, 1966, in Marietta, Ohio. She was the middle daughter of the late Paul Gene and Leona Pearl (Stark) Doan. Patty graduated from Marietta High School in 1985. On July 28, 1984, she married James “Jim” Tidd at Putnam Congregational Church in Marietta. She worked at Haessly Hardwood Lumber Company, alongside her husband, for 26 years as a bookkeeper. Evelyn Joyce Harwick, 65, of Marietta, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2026 at The Arbors at Marietta. Evelyn was born January 12, 1961, in Marietta to Lester and Wilma (Wright) Burwell. She attended Marietta Schools. Evelyn worked as a CNA at several area nursing homes. She loved her dogs. Jewel was born in Marietta on October 25, 1965 a daughter of Ben Burge and Clara Freeland Burge. She worked at Wal-Mart in Marietta for 15 years and at Magnum Magnetics.
