Carolyn Jane Allen, 81, of Beverly, Ohio, died on Monday, September 7, 2026, at Highland Oaks in McConnelsville, Ohio. She was born on October 9, 1944, in Chesterhill, Ohio, daughter of George and Gertrude Grigsby Brown. Jane graduated from Chesterhill High School and had been a homemaker along with being a caregiver for others. She was a member of the Dungannon Church on the Ridge and had been in the Dungannon Quilting Club for 50 years. She was married on January 14, 1963, to John D. Allen who died on February 25, 2024.
