Reports/Ohio State Highway Patrol
¯ A two vehicle collision occurred April 2 on Ohio 60 in Muskingum Township. Annette G. Morgan, 63, of 411 Strecker Lane, Marietta, and Kenneth F. Huck, 68, of 3980 Huck Road, Lowell, were both southbound on Ohio 60. Morgan’s 2016 Toyota RAV4 was stopped for a traffic light. Huck failed to stop his 2010 Chevy Cobalt within an assured distance and struck Morgan’s vehicle. Huck was cited for driving at a speed that wouldn’t permit him to stop within the assured clear distance ahead.
¯ Ricky A. Koscho, 40, of 109 Keyser St., Marietta, was south-westbound April 2 on Ohio 7 in Marietta Township. Brianne Lee Croker, 21, of 288 Patten Mills Road, Cutler, was eastbound on Ohio 550, turning left onto Ohio 7, going northbound. Croker failed to yield the right of way in her 2008 Ford Escape and struck Koscho’s 2021 Dodge Ram. Croker was cited for not yielding the right of way.
¯ Taylar M. Turner, 21, of 104 Riley Drive Apt. 8, Marietta, was traveling northbound April 2 on Ohio 7 in Warren Township when her 2014 Toyota Camry went off the right side of the roadway, down an embankment, and struck a 2021 Peterbilt 388 which was parked in a parking lot. Turner was cited for driving a vehicle which was in an unsafe condition. She was taken by Warren EMS to Marietta Memorial Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
¯ Mahela J. Mankins, 18, of 922 Mitchell Ave., Beverly, was northbound April 5 on County Road 102 in Waterford Township, negotiating a left curve in her 2010 Toyota RAV4. She drove off the right side of the roadway, striking a culvert and a concrete wall. She was cited for not staying within a single lane until she first ascertained the movement could be made with safety.
¯ Michael J. Tigner, 69, of 6615 N. State Route 60 NW, McConnelsville, was southbound April 6 on County Road 2 in Windsor Township and failed to negotiate a curve. He drove his 2008 Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide off the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail face and overturned. He was taken by MedFlight to Ohio State University Wexner with suspected serious injuries.
¯ Christopher Brian Parker, 36, of 160 Strahler Road, Waterford, was southbound April 6 on Township Road 31 in Watertown Township. He went off the left side of the roadway in his 2008 Pontiac GS and struck a fence. He was cited for operating a vehicle without being in reasonable control.
¯ Jessica L. Warner, 33, of 32223 County Road 132, Barnesville, was traveling northbound April 7 on Ohio 821 in Aurelius Township. She drove her 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser off the right side of the roadway, crossed the center line and drove off the left side of the roadway, striking a ditch. No citations were issued.
¯ A deputy responded Sunday to 52 St. Andrews Blvd., Belpre, to a report of Ace Staats and Allison Andermanis being involved in a domestic incident, hitting each other. Andermanis advised she had been in a verbal argument with Staats. She initially denied anything physical took place, then stated she might have pushed him. Staats denied anything physical took place however they were hugging after the argument. A summons is being requested for Ace Daniel Staats, 24, and Allison Jo Andermanis, 22, on charges of disorderly conduct.
¯ A deputy met with a woman Sunday at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. She stated she had been on Cornerstone Drive, Marietta, where she resides with family members. She started during a party, Skyler D. Secrest became enraged over the family dog’s behavior and began yelling. She stated she asked Secrest why he was yelling, at which point he struck her in the left side of her head with an open hand. After completing the investigation, the deputy placed Skyler David Secrest, 23, under arrest for domestic violence.
¯ A deputy responded Sunday to 2686 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, in reference to a report of Jesse Mayle hitting Justin Davis. The deputy met Davis at the intersection of Tick Ridge Road and Roddy Road. Davis advised they were in a verbal altercation, and Mayle began yelling at Davis telling him he was not going to argue with his daughter in his residence. Davis stated his wife attempted to hold Mayle back when he was able to get around her and punched him in the side of the head. Mayle and Davis then engaged in a physical altercation. Davis stated he restrained Mayle until they both calmed down and separated. Mayle confirmed Davis was arguing with his daughter. Mayle stated Davis attempted to strike him. Mayle stated he and Davis got into a physical altercation and separated themselves after. Davis and Mayle had no visible injuries. A summons is being requested for Jesse Howard Mayle Jr., 43, and Justin Robert Davis, 25, on charges of disorderly conduct.
¯ A deputy began an investigation Monday into a catalytic converter stolen from Pioneer Pipe. This case remains under investigation.

¯ Briar Christopher Carpenter, 29, of Marietta, was arrested for probation violation, a misdemeanor.
¯ Ke Vonna Olivia Faith Marion, 21, of Warren, was arrested for driving under suspension and speed, both misdemeanors.
