Suspicious object on barge being investigated
WILLIAMSTOWN — A second report of a suspicious item on a barge on the Ohio River is being investigated.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said West Virginia State Police are investigating. The Ohio River is considered part of West Virginia.
