Noble County genealogy chapter holding re-enactment

Noble County Chapter of Genealogy, Caldwell, Ohio will hold a Tour and Re-enactment in Section One of the Olive Cemetery, Olive St. on Saturday May 20 at 1 p.m.

Section One is on the left at the top of the hill after entering the cemetery. Several notable men and women will be portrayed including Dr. John Martin, Freeman Thompson, Civil War medal of honor, Stephen Mills, who built several buildings around the courthouse square, Joseph Freidman, Robert Caldwell of the Caldwell family that the town was named after. Kay Barnhouse Stout, a women's activist, Bernice Mills, Ida Anders, Sarah Glidden and others. This is open to the public. If you like history or genealogy (family History) be sure to join us for this re-enactment. This will be a walking tour on unlevel ground. Dress for the weather.
