Churchtown Busy Bunch 4-H holds July meeting

The Churchtown Busy Bunch 4-H club met July 9 at the St. John Pavilion at Churchtown. The meeting was called to order by vice-president Caleb Schaad and the pledge was lead by Blake Lang and the 4-H by Kaydence Roush.

The minutes were read by Secretary Maggie Fulton and the Treasures report was given by Joel Schaad. The safety report was " Summer Safety Tips" given by Kaydence Roush. And the health report was given by Bristol Tullius and was titled " Health Benefits of raw honey"

Under advisor's announcements, the dates of the skillathon, project Judging and Barlow Fair Tag in.

New Business included Trash Can committee along with talk about the table for the booth at the Washington County Fair.

Old business included Pen reservations for the Washington County Fair along with the Barlow Fair. Pen setup and tear-down were also discussed. A Sky Zone trip for the club was also talked about.

Demonstrations were also given during the meeting.

The motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Blake Lang and seconded by Landon Nilbert.

Recreation for the meeting was Waffle Ball and playground. The next meeting will be held on July 30 .
