On Saturday, downtown Marietta will once again host Fall Shop Hop.
A Marietta Main Street event, the Shop Hop runs from 11 a.m. to 4p.m. and features discounts and special sales at nearly 20 businesses. Shoppers can look for the balloons and signs of participating shops and restaurants. The participating businesses have also donated items toward a prize basket valued at over $500. Customers can receive a raffle ticket at check out, and all tickets will be entered to win the grand prize.
Jennifer Tinkler, executive director of Marietta Main Street, encourages the community to enjoy all that downtown Marietta has to offer.
"This Shop Hop is a great way to get downtown and support our local economy. With eighteen of our unique shops participating, people are guaranteed to find that special item for their home or wardrobe," she said.
